At Wild Rag Garments, we stand by what we make — because we build things the old-fashioned way: to last. But if your gear doesn’t fit right, or just isn’t what you expected, don’t sweat it. We’ll make it right.

Our Promise

Every piece we ship is crafted with care and inspected before it heads out. But if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll take it back — no hard feelings.

We believe in quality without the hassle, so every domestic (U.S.) order comes with a prepaid return label right in the box. No printer wrestling, no post office scavenger hunts. Just slap it on and send it back.

30-Day Easy Returns

You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund or exchange.
Here’s the fine print (the kind written by humans, not robots):

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (try it on, just don’t work cattle in it).

• All original tags need to be attached.

• Custom or made-to-measure items can’t be returned — those are built just for you.

• Once we get it back, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund within a few business days.

If something shows up damaged or not quite right, let us know at info@wildraggarments.com — we’ll handle it faster than a cowboy spotting a loose fence.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’ve got you covered.
Just use that included return label to send it back, and we’ll ship your replacement as soon as it lands at our workshop.

International Orders

Right now, we don’t include return labels for international orders (shipping wrangling gets messy across borders). But you can still send items back on your own dime — just email us first so we can help guide you through it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once your return passes inspection. Give it about 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Final Sale Items

If something’s marked Final Sale, that means it’s riding off into the sunset for good — no returns or exchanges on those.
